Why always so negative! If the Cowboys come out flat in September this “culture” thing is gonna blow back bad in their faces

Great point AC. Another mismanaged player by McCarthy.Sam Williams' problem (lack of playing time previously) has been the idiot D-Coordinators we previously had.
A lot of these dopes fans find looking for followers on YouTube don’t have a clue.https://www.dallascowboys.com/news/...025-amidst-cb-concerns-i-can-play-in-any-spot
This guy in the OP video says Thomas is fighting for a roster spot.
According to this article, he seems fine and is ready to go. He will make the 53. He has shown he can make plays.
I heard Milton stared down the receiver, ending in an easy INT by Clark.
I also heard Will Grier had a better pass completions percentage with 0 turnovers.
So you think Micah plays run D? Now that is funny.Like Michael LOL
Just too funny. You guys just like to stretch things and label people.
Did he drink from Kool aid Jar in the front entrance of Cowboys facility and went from JAG to hero?
Seriously folks.
Now, who did you hear that fromI heard Milton stared down the receiver, ending in an easy INT by Clark.
I also heard Will Grier had a better pass completions percentage with 0 turnovers.
I didn't see the specifics but a lot of people posted on X Milton threw a pick to Clark. I believe it was his only incompletion. Now, who did you hear that from![]()
Couldn't even get on the field after that idiot Zimmer arrived!Sam Williams' problem (lack of playing time previously) has been the idiot D-Coordinators we previously had.
Not entirely true but a part of the issue for sure.Sam Williams' problem (lack of playing time previously) has been the idiot D-Coordinators we previously had.
yup. grier was never here to compete for anything. It is obvious that Milton is clearly the number 2. Dak throws 14 passes, Milton throws 8, and Grier gets 2. It’s not a competition. Dak is the 1 and Milton is the 2. Grier will be on the practice squad like last year. The Cowboys set it up perfectly.
Reading up on him he was incredibly raw. Got by based on skill. I forgot how new he was to football but I was shocked to see how little football knowledge he has.Not entirely true but a part of the issue for sure.
Sam is immature and has jump offsides way too much for a guy in his role.
He also drafted to replace DLaw who we then resigned after he took a pay cut insuring Sam was coming off the bench.
I heard Will threw 2 total passes.I heard Milton stared down the receiver, ending in an easy INT by Clark.
I also heard Will Grier had a better pass completions percentage with 0 turnovers.
Laws a trip. Love him when they do roundtable stuff with other nfc east creatorsI get the sense that Law is a genuinely good dude. He does crack me up endlessly with his penchant for malapropisms.
None head or just poor choice for a gunner? Or both, yes, both.there is a reason Williams snaps are limited. he only played on sure fire passing downs and his job was to pin his ears back and get after QB. if he played more snaps his stats would drop. people tend to just do simple math...that's not how it works. he has made a lot of mental mistakes and that's why he was limited. he has been nothing but a good back up at DE. bonehead on special teams that negate his defensive output.
You hope I suppose. If the Cowboys come out flat in September this “culture” thing is gonna blow back bad in their faces
On Williams this is spot on. I remember him talking about needing a specific number of sacks so his next contract would be high.I think some young players get caught up worrying too much about their 2nd contract, especially after their first couple of years in the league. This sometimes leads to them hunting for stats, rather than playing or running as coaches expect. It was def an issue with Mazi's rookie year.
Let's face it, if coaches can't trust you to run their plays, you are not getting a lot of playing time.
If they come out fighting and losing some but keep the game competitive is one thing. But if these guys come out and get destroyed by Philly, I expect a lot of this culture talk is gonna become a punchlineDefine “flat”.
Is that win column or effort?
The bottom line is that the start of the season is a brutal schedule and the team still has some key gaps in the roster whether it’s due to lack of talent or injuries.
I will agree if they look lazy or the gameplan and coaching on game day are bad, then it’s culture. If they just get beat, well, many of us were projecting 7-9 wins this season anyway.
As more comes out it's borderline criminal negligence ok maybe that's hyperbolaGreat point AC. Another mismanaged player by McCarthy.
It's a much longer list than most realize.
Yeah you think so? Lol Been on this board since 2005, boy that’s a long time to be on here hoping for that stuff. You hope I suppose.
