there's no way I would have been OK with them paying $47 million a year.. Let alone if the number was 50... That's the only reason this is feeling not so bad they got two 1st round picks they weren't great 1st round picks they got a defensive tackle and those tackle that's a Pro Bowler and we don't have to pay the $47 million a year..

This is wrong. You don’t get comp picks for traded players. Only for unrestricted free agents.

And hopefully the injury bug is gone, but thats a major concern for a human being of that size at 30 years old. More injury prone and often times injuries linger for longer.

I’m not sure he has shown to be an injury bug player. You can play through bunions and bone spurs until the pain gets too great. Had he not busted his toe game 1, he may not have even had the bunion surgery. Now it’s fixed and he should get back to his normal self. I’m sure you would agree that a 315lb DT playing on a busted toe is not ideal for evaluating performance. And beyond that, he has been amazingly injury free.

I’m not saying he will get back to his Pro Bowl self (though he was the year prior). But using last year to suggest that he is on some sort of decline is a bit much. And there are a number of top DT’s pushing 30+.

I haven’t seen any of those really. There are people who are angry with Jerry over this and Micah has his fans but he’s not a player that makes people follow them from team to team.

That really only happens with QBs like Mahomes who win super bowls.
