She doesn't qualify for spousal support or alimony in Texas because they weren't married. Even if they were married it had to have lasted 10 years or more. The best she can hope for is to max him out in child support.

It's not like Dak couldn't afford to give her $100k a month or more if he wanted to. I would think his kids deserve the support more than baby mamma does.
