Week 1: Cowboys at Giants SNF

This isnt a bad way to start, both teams are going to be different from last season, will be a good game.
They gave the edge to the giants by making it a home game for them.

I dont know why the NFL always thinks the Giants- Cowboys is a marquee opening game matchup........its been one sided towards the Cowboys the past 10-12 years.

Let the Cowboys open against an AFC team one time at least geeeez..........

I’d rather play a “tougher” opponent week 1. Bad teams like NY still have hope early in the year, and they’re young/eager enough where a new HC like Harbaugh is gonna have them bought in and ready to go.

I’ll go 31-24 Cowboys, but NY gives us a fight to the end.

Giants had a very good off season. Early on in the season both teams will be hard to judge with so much chsnge on both teams. Could be a tough game.

Can't remember which one but I remember a former NFL head coach once saying ALL head coaches are nervous the first game of the season. Even after months and weeks of preparation via OTAs, practice and preseason games, they are not certain how their team will execute against live competition. My point is, it's hard to say who will win IMO but I would hope our more experienced offense and QB give us an advantage.

So I will go with a win by the Cowboys but less than 7 points

Good early start to see if Riley has Steele and Guyton ready for Carter, Burns and Thibodeaux rushing the passer.
I think if they hold up Dallas wins.
If not, Dallas loses.

I don't think so. And I also think that John is an overrated coach. People now say that Brady was the reason Bill was considered the GOAT. The reason John has a ring is because of Flacco, who played very good in the playoffs that season. His defense wasn't that good even with Ray and Ed still there. Yeah, they held the Colts to 9 points, but Andrew Luck played like a high school QB in that game.

I'm going with youth over experience here. 13-4 Cowboys win the division. Yes, I'm a homer.

Discrediting Harbaugh requires a lot of jumping through hoola hoops. He’s been a damn good coach for a long time. Has the game passed him by? Maybe
