Cowboys rookie minicamp

Why do you get girly delight out of calling him No-Schott? Rhetorical question.
Why do you get your panties in a wad when someone says something you don't like? Rhetorical question.

I call him No-Schott because I believe he has no shot at succeeding here because he's working for the same GM who has been here through Gailey, Campo, Parcells, Phillips, Garrett and McCarthy. None of those coaches were able to make it to an NFC Championship Game under this front office, so I see no reason to expect Schottenheimer, too.

It serves to remind me that when we are blaming the coaches for the lack of success, we're looking at the scapegoat and not the problem. I used to give Garrett grief, and still believe he needed more creativity in his offense, but have since realized that the real problem is the ones who've been in charge for 30 years, not the soldiers who've come and gone since then.

I know you weren't looking for an answer and just wanted to be snarky and insulting as usual, but I gave you one anyway.

My hopes are up for this new defense and draft class, but for a rookie to play 20 games at a high level in the NFL is a tall order. As usual we'll see what happens.

Go Cowboys!

It's a tall order for any player to play 20 games.

Maybe just me, but I feel as if it’s justified that another symbol is added to the numeric system specifically for Caleb.

Doubt he is sweating it at the moment, since he is likely out curing cancer or saving children from a burning building. That stuff.

Unpopular opinion, but if Downs isn’t able to get #2, I think a good fallback would be #32.
