Not really! Hurts has put up 35+ points twice on the biggest stage. That’s called performing under pressure. And in one of those games his defense couldn’t stop the other team. When Daks defense can’t stop the other team Dak goes into a slump and the defense gets blamed. Hurts got to a SB with Swift. And he won a SB without Barkley who was shut down. Hurts made up for it with his own legs.

And I was showing you an example of how some quarterbacks don't need a top 5 all time defense with a 2000 yard rusher. That only happened one time i believe, but I stand to be corrected if im wrong.

There's been multiple Superbowls won without that. So it definitely could be done. There are non-elite quarterbacks who weren't perennial top 10 quarterbacks and hasn't had their name in MVP discussions and won Superbowls. Dak isn't elite, but has been perennial top 10 and had his name in MVP discussions before, so if they could do it, so could he.

Teams win Superbowls, not just the quarterback alone. If that were the case, all the best quarterbacks to have ever played would have a Superbowl win attached to their name, but thats not the case.
