No they wouldn't. It's pretty much a given they will improve. But even with that Q doesn't guarantee they will get better. Speaks to his maturity in not just letting things fly left and right to look like some prophet like some guys have done on this team. Good tone-setting from him.

Normally a defense could possibly go from 30th to 20th but with Christians leadership, mentoring, empathy, understanding and compassion, top 10 is inevitable.

From a PPG perspective, If you look at the worst defenses in 2024 the most improvement in 2025 was from Carolina (the worst defense of 2024). They improved by 8.4 PPG and were ranked 16th in 2025.

The next best improvement was the Patriots who improved by 6.6 PPG, from 21st to 3rd.

After that the PPG improvement drops way off for the rest of the teams.

Dallas would have to improve by 8ish PPG to hit a middle of the pack ranking, using last season's rankings as a benchmark.

Not impossible but they have their work cut out for them.

I guarantee they are more professional than Jerry Jones ...... I have never seen their GM drunk on camera grouping teenage strippers or talking smack about how he tricked the fan base into giving him a stadium deal, or threatening to get rid of radio show hosts because they called him out, or getting arrested for driving away from a traffic stop, or suing his abandoned children for being vetted by the secret service.

There's no way it can get any worse. I don't understand how Eberflus still has a job coaching football on any level.

We had a Super bowl caliber offense and the defense is why we didn't even make the playoffs. It worked out though - we had a monster draft from the looks of it and all those losses because of him look to be beneficial now.
