Work hard, train hard, indulge easy. Anyways, no excuse for Tony, with all that money to be doing something like this.

Also, field sobriety tests are designed to make you flag. Especially hard for someone with as many injuries as that dude has had. I've had my buddy who is a NYS Trooper give me one stone sober and failed it hard.

If that's the only test they gave him his lawyer will likely get this tossed or reduced to a moving violation

LOL..... Should you smile or not smile for a mug shot is an interesting question. If you smile, people will question whether you are taking the arrest seriously. If you don't, we've seen some who looked downright scary, angry, or wasted.

You are right but smiling is a bad look. You don't smile for a mug shot moments after partaking in something that could have caused harm or worse to himself or innocent people.

This wasn't a party Tony. Someone could have lost their life.
