To me, Ravens just used that as an excuse once they realized they could sign Trey.
Not the same level of impact in stopping the run, but didn't cost 2 1st round picks.

Still think Raiders will want a 1st+ a 2nd at a minimum. but with camp starting and giving the reigns to Cousins at first, I think they won't really think about moving him at the above until the wheels fall off in the season and it's officially time to plan for 2027.

Someone mentioned Josh Sweat, which honestly, would be a decent move. The Cards have no real use for him as they are going to suck (side note, feel bad for Jeremiyah Love, he's going to get his *** kicked). Cards could save about $11MM in cap space in a trade. Cowboys would be on the hook for base salaries for the next three years:

2026 - $9.8MM
2027 - $18.1MM
2028 - $18.1MM

When I say on the hook I mean if they kept him on the roster. They could have him play in 2026 and then cut him and take zero cap charge (I think he has a $3MM guarantee in 2027 but that's for injury only). They could also restructure him as well.

***No idea what his trade value is but a 4th seems fair to me

Sweat is the guy I'd go after. I believe that makes the front 4 special when they're in that 4-2-5 which they will be in a lot. And he knows the D.

Pickens? I know it wasn't a "big" trade, but it was a good one.
