Typically a non issue. Personally I’d like to see the starters get a series or two together, but the hundreds of snaps they’ll get in camp far outweigh the 15 snaps they’ll get from playing the first quarter of a game.

Playing in preseason is so overrated. The Cowboys practice against the Saints and Rams. The starters will get plenty of time against those squads.
