The Cowboys return to the field Saturday night against the defending Super Bowl champion Seahawks , but fans planning a trip to AT&T Stadium this season could face a significantly higher bill.

A new analysis estimates that a family of four attending a Cowboys game in 2026 could spend $1,685.15 for tickets, food, drinks and parking. That’s an 18.6% increase from the estimated $1,421.31 cost in 2025.

The increase follows significant upgrades to AT&T Stadium ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup and a new long-term agreement that will keep the Cowboys in Arlington through at least 2055.

They clearly didn't mind watching opposing fans fill the stadium when the team struggled lately. I don't blame fans for selling their tickets and recouping some money on the secondary market when it costs so much to buy season tickets and attend the games and the product on the field is sub-par. Most saw an embarrassing amount of opposing fans at the games. Jerry just saw dollar signs and people willing to show up and line his pockets some more. Next year maybe he ups the amount of opposing team swag on sale...

Come on, Greg, how is a man supposed to support his family when he's only worth 20.3 billion? JWB is very expensive, too.

I wouldn’t go if they became SB team again.

I have Stubbs from early 70’s at TX Stad for $8. From Cotton Bowl $5. My dad had season tickets early on but dont recall what he paid.

I begun buying season tickets in the mid 80’s for $350 for 2 tickets entire season. Even during early 90’s was only $500. By 2000’s and final year in 2007 about $1000.

Party Pass does still provide fans an affordable opportunity to attend a a game . But it’s without a seat and if don’t get there early without a full view of the field.

I’m so thrilled I along with tens of other long time season tickets entire holders didn’t purchase the PSL’s which lock you in.

I’ve attended 3 Cowboys games at new stadium. One in inaugural season in 2009 with friend who has season tickets , another to take my wife in 2011 and playoff game in 2015 against Lions in which took entire family to see stadium on Party Pass which cost $30 a ticket. I wasn’t willing to stand entire game and watched most of game on big screen but we still got the stadium experience. All of the kids loved it.

I have been to multiple high school games. Including state championships and Big 12 championship . It’s a great venue otherwise.

This is only stub have left from Cotton Bowl. Yes , general admission even in grand stands only $5.

We could sit in endzone for one $1 initially then it went to $2.

This stub from 1969 Thanksgiving Game . It was last Cowboys game in franchise history we tied . 24-24

That's less than what a 5 weight calf goes for these days. Still, I'd rather pony up for a calf than pay that for a few hours of entertainment.

It’s a shame it’s not affordable for average Americans. And we wonder why we don’t have Diehard fans instead the wine and cheese crowd.

I grew up attending games as a teenager. And attending several games a year. Even higher end middle class families can’t afford to attend a few games a year much less one .

Our family already pays more than that. We make a weekend out of it so there are hotels and gas and lots of eating out on top of that. Luckily my wife doesn't shop like she used too!

Listen, I saw Sabbath, Aerosmith, Blue Oyster Cult, Bowie, Motley Crue, KISS, Alice Cooper, White Stripes, Offspring etc and the tickets were all $50 or less! Prices Rise…
 
Average Joe can sit at home and commune with other average Joes on Cowboy message boards. I love my Cowboys but I can take that several thousand dollars and buy a new high grade firearm or new bass boat toys and then I'll have them for years tangibly!
