Ive heard from the Shannon Sharpe podcast, now I just heard it on NFL Network that Milton is too good to not be starting somewhere. Well, reality is he is on a rookie deal and still have next season under that rookie deal..... so he isnt going anywhere. And no, those of you asking about trading him.... not a chance with the way he has played this preseason.

Then, they started talking about Shiyazh Pete and if he will be on the roster. Bahahhah.... holy crap, that is your proof the Cowboys are America's team when you spend time talking about a player who has zero chance of making the team.

I agree. He had 2 good preseason games in his career and because of one pretty spiral he is starting material

If that's the case then somebody should pay us a first eound pick for him and I will make that trade in half a heartbeat

you have no reason to trade a BACKUP QB on a rookie contract. It is not in the best interest of the team to play him. Did I say he should start over Dak? Dude is making chump change and is going to be your number 2 qb. Thats a good spot for the TEAM to be in.

Once again, I state that Joe was ready to be thrown off of the Yacht last year, and based upon 1 preseason game against a team that may not win 1 game this year, we can now trade him for nothing less than a 1st, or at worst a 2nd. Has he improved? I suppose. Is he learning the O? I suppose......unless Dak goes down for an extended injury, Joe will not see the field this season, and there will be no chance a team is giving up anything of essence for a QB based upon 1/2 of a game vs the Arizona Cardinals lol....

Preseason means not a dam thing. I recall Will Grier having one of the highest rated game ever in preseason history. How did that work out him?

Id rather keep him. Im not saying I'm sold by any means, but there's enough to make me encouraged and Dak isnt getting any younger or cheaper. Maybe we should keep developing and can plug him in when the time comes?
