Erik Williams and Larry Allen were the best players on that team. If we are being honest...

Allen was one of the greatest lineman of all time and Williams beat the hell out of the greatest DLineman of that era.

Qbs and OL (depending on their roles) have to be cerebral as well as athletic so the level of difficulty should be weighed higher

RBs, WR and other positions are less complex positions to play so that should be considered

I firmly believe Williams (although injury shortened) and Allen were all time greats that absolutely dominated. They scared other greats.

Jimmy always had that special knack for firing folks up and getting those listening to him believing in what he said and making it work for them in the games ahead. He truly deserved fame and fortune. He got the best out of the talent that he talent he had with the Cowboys and proved it.

There's never been a coach I enjoyed listening to more than Jimmy Johnson. Please believe it's true.
He simply had a way of making believers out of his players. He really did that in Dallas. The evidence speaks for itself. I wish he'd have stayed with the Cowboys 'til today. I'll bet I'm not the only one!
