Remember the numbers on the pants?

The 70s and 80s are ignored when the league pulls their money grab act. At least do the 77 replicas with the font and the shiny iron on numbers!

I could get into that. But nope, just ancient stuff that no one still alive appreciates and made up jerseys that people apparently are dumb enough to buy. No offense lol. Who thinks Steeler fans love those stripes? Not many. How many remember them? Zero

Our blue jerseys are the wrong shade. Apparently I’ll be going into the ground feeling that way since no one named Jones seems to agree. Oh well, they were always fifty shades of blue, one way or another.
As I recall Tex Schraam wanted to get away from the "royal blue " colored jerseys due to the belief that they were "bad luck". Thus the color change. But I'm old and probably wrong. Lol

Those should be the throwback uniforms.
Or better yet. Use those instead of the color rush crap.
Though I think that is an NFL thing. Jerry needs to buck that and say, no color rush. Fans want these instead.

DO IT JERRY.

Maybe I am just getting old but I don't like the color rush jerseys. Looks too gimmicky and makes the NFL look like a cross between Arena Football and the Mid American Conference.

I didn't have the internet to tell me what Tex was thinking back then but I very well remember thinking myself that the royal blue jerseys were cursed.

Which sucked because they were my favorites.

I’ll take any cowboys uniform….

Only thing i wont take back is seafoam green
Those uniforms we wore in 94 and lost the 49ers in the NFCCG are uniforms I can’t stand. Too many bad memories

I don’t know about you, but I don’t usually look at the pants
Agree but we have a big tent in the CZ and the law of odds say that there will be some here that enjoy players pants and the thighs that fill them.......not that theres anything wrong with that?

Coach Jimmy Johnson removed the uniform numbers from the Dallas Cowboys' pants because he wanted a sharper, cleaner, and more traditional look.

I agree with Jimmy!

Doesn’t bother me, I just don’t need to know

I never liked the numbers on the pants, I thought it was unnecessary since they already have the numbers on the jersey but I did like the dark blue uniforms, they were nice!
