Aaron Rodgers says he's a big fan of Dak and doesn't understand all the criticism he receives

Yeah but A Rog famously said that he is so competitive that he hates it when other QBs are successful (he never liked Favre either.. and vice versa).

So him "being a big fan of Dak" is kind of a backhanded sign of disrespect. He just sees him as a safe, squishy, non threatening beta

I never heard him say that about Brady, Manning, or Breese.

You are exactly why I came into this thread. I knew the regulars would come in hear to say how he really meant the opposite of what he said to support the poster's narrative on Dak because there is no way that anyone would have a different view than them on Dak.

You post is a prime example of fans Desperately tying themselves into pretzels to prove that nobody thinks Dak is a good QB. Thank you for not letting me down.

This makes a bunch of sense. A Top 5 QB all his life knows when another QB is trying to break into elite status, flirting with being just outside at the moment.

He sees elite potential in Dak and if people think it's too late for him to turn elite ...in the 90s id agree but in this day and age players can play forever.

Good for you.

You’re a flat out liar or you never tried to take the time to see him praise those QBs because he definitely has. Whatever to push your agenda

I don’t have a problem with Dak, I have a problem with the end results. If the formula isn’t working even good players should be reevaluated.

At this point ripping on Dak is pointless as 95% of your roster is what it is as this point. That said if this team ends up with 7 to 9 wins how much longer do we stay happy because our QB makes a top 10 list every preseason?
