I will never forget it as long as I live - Cabo - Patrick Crayton - home-field through throughout the playoffs - best record in the NFC- I wanna say we had 12 pro bowlers - we had it all except the head coach with Moxie and standards that of the great Tom Coughlin.
We had a good ol boy that trusted them players to do the right thing- cost us.
He was an *** patter not an *** kicker like Tom Coughlin.

That loss was bad in so many ways that I hate to go down that memory lane because it launched a juggernaut it launched a career. It launched a Super Bowl winning season for Eli Manning and started his March to the Hall of Fame and leading him to another Super Bowl..
And truth be told he wasn’t that good I don’t think he was better than Tony Romo sadly.

The Cowboys couldn’t get out of first gear for the rest of the decade, spinning their wheels with Tony Romo and Jerry Jones antics. Hiring lunatics like Rob Ryan and washed up stiffs like Rod Marinelli, etc. we could be here all day.

This is it for the Dallas Cowboys folks. It’s now or never Dak.
We’ve rearranged a ton of things we’ve gone out and spent money-. We’ve got big run stoppers we’ve got play makers in the middle. We supposedly had a great draft. We may have had the best player in the draft fall to us in Caleb Downs- who I absolutely love. I just hope we’re not overhyping him.
We are loaded at wide receiver, pretty good running backs an offensive line l brimming with number one picks - some say we got it all.
And don’t forget we have a man who has learned under great Vic Fangio - we’ve completely changed the defense.

Let’s not forget we gave up 500 points last year. It was an abomination. I don’t think the defense could get any worse..

But have we really changed or have we just rearranged the chairs on the deck of the Titanic? You’ll know right away.
You’ll know Sunday night.

And I say launching a juggernaut because John Harbaugh is no joke. He is unlikable and he doesn’t care. He put the New York media in their place yesterday. Shut them down again today and has told people he plans on running it down everyone’s throats.
The Giants signed a 270 pound fullback from the Ravens that they’re gonna plant directly in the middle of the field and give the ball to Cam Skatteboo and Singletary repeatedly down our necks.
Did we beef up enough?

They’re gonna test those new Cowboys up the middle. All those new guys we have are about to get punched in the mouth and we’re gonna see what they’re really made of if we’re real deal or if we’re fake chocolate.

The Giants have nothing to lose. They’re on the rebuild. They have a fast young football team. They have bad wide receivers, but they have one great one on the comeback trail in Nabors - and there are people who believe they actually have the best defense in football.
They were in love with the Giants the other day on the NFL network and said their season is wide-open. It could be a three win team. They could be an 11 win team.

So it’s gonna be hard day at work for the Cowboys to move the football against this team.

The Giants are looking for any bit of momentum any bit of something they can build on and a win against the Cowboys gives them all the positivity they need to get out of the dumpster they’ve been in for over a decade - Prescott has owned them like nobody else - they look at this as a chance to reverse course to shut down this Cowboys big season before it even gets out of the gate.

This will be a tough, tough football game played by two young aggressive football teams.

I see it as a game until late in the fourth quarter.

19-17 Dallas Brandon Aubrey from 51 for the Win.

And we begin our March to the NFC title game.
That’s the only place that is acceptable for the Dallas Cowboys season two end up.

2016 .. Dak's first NFL game .. Giants defeat Cowboys 20-19 ..

Then Cowboys win their next 11 straight games on their way to a 13-3 season.

A win or loss against the Giants will not define their season.
Starting 0-1 will more than likely define their season. It's the Cowboys.
