Ive said it since last year and apparently a new D coordinator and new players hasn't made a difference. You can't play off the ball 10 yards and drop 7 guys in a soft zone and expect to be competitive on defense.

This is the same crap from last year. We just aren't competitive with this defense.

The defensive positioning is ridiculous. They are playing 10 yards off and there’s still a 12 yard cushion when they catch the ball.

I know, and I'm trying to be patient with Parker because I know it's going to take a few weeks for this defence to gel. You don't go from worst to midway early in the season. I actually think the defence has been a little better than last year so far. My bone is more with the offense.
