This is why I didn’t think we NEEDED a dominate number 2, when lamb and Dak are healthy, they put up massive numbers, been doing it long before Pickens got here. Do we need a second big wr (and to pay them) more than we need the resources on D? Anyone watching this team for the past 5-6 years, seeing us have a top tier O multiple seasons, without a big name wr2….knows we need D. I can’t even remember the last SB winning team that needed 2 top WRs to win…..they win with a good D waaaaaaaaaay more often.

In all seriousness (if this offense doesn’t wet the bed the last 12 mins or so) this is back to back weeks we’ve been up to play as an offense against physical defenses.

We typically crumble to the Baltimore’s and Texan’s of the league. This is back to back weeks where we are about to score 30 on defenses on par with the ones we’d face in the playoffs.

If the D can just get right with Porter and guys coming back healthy then we could be dangerous.

All if the coaching holds up lol
