I used to think Jerry was a GREAT owner, then I realized he is actually a very poor one. If he was GREAT, he would hire a GM just so he could hold him accountable for winning. But since it is just his ego as GM and he can't fire his ego, then it makes him a poor owner. I think if I wanted a head coach from the ranks here, it would probably be Ranching. If I wanted an owner, probably Bobhaze. GM is the one from this group I am curious who would be the best.
