Dak looked like he had never seen a blitz before

Im a Dak fan but either he is done or something. Whatever it is I don't suspect it's good. Rooting for him but it doesn't look good.
It's very weird that he was able to pick the Texans blitzing D apart 2 weeks ago and has gotten completely flummoxed the last two weeks. Last week it was definitely playcalling, they were running nothing but long developing downfield routes and the blitz was getting home. They ran a few more slants and quick developing routes last night but the O-line was horrible. Dak was genuinely under duress about as bad as it could be as the game progressed.

Maybe the most alarming thing to me is the O-line has regressed seemingly alot since Tyler Smith has been back. No idea if he's not 100% or what. Steele was just downright awful last night.

It's not just the blitz. It's the mugged gaps presnap that destroys him. Zimmer did it to him with Minnesota when they beat us. Good defensive minds with a team that hasn't checked out mentally don't lose to Dak. That's a fact

Good point.....similar to my request to impose Canadian Football rules for our D.....then we can discuss 2nd down conversion rate instead of 3rd down rates. Just a change. I'm for Justin Herbert talk (complete immunity by the talking heads so far), winless..........but would fit the bill for some who want Dak our and simply just heaving on him. Justin would bring happiness for a lot of reasons.
Does he have the glitch or choke gene? If not, he might be okay.

To help you out Crash.....Cooper Rush is available, having been released again, this time by the Falcons. We missed out on Andy Dalton, released by Philly, picked up by Falcons. There are options for Jerry to rid Dak from your anguish. There are options. I'm hoping.

Well, the Cooper did win games here, so what does that tell you of dak. Does that help?

Dak has won far more games than Rush did in his whopping 4 game win streak. When you go full tard on your Dak takes to the extent you'd try and argue Rush is even in the same hemisphere and focus only on him every time we lose, it invalidates everything you say. The whole team is playing like crap. Last night was on Dak and the offense.

@khiladi has been correctly pointing this out over and over. It's not even so much the blitz itself, it's the effort to confuse him. He is easily confused. Get a couple hits on him just makes it that much easier.
You can say it all you want but it isn't right. It confuses EVERY QB because there is no pre-snap tell. That's what it is designed to do. There are no keys as to who is or isn't blitzing. When your offensive gameplan has 0 quick game to beat the blitz, the QB has no chance. Most teams don't have it.

Dak is guilty of trusting his pre-snap reads too often, but the idea that he can't process is stupid.

It's the same look he's had every time he faces a stout blitzing defense or any serious pressure for the last 12 seasons

English please. Do you speak English? Duh, he's played more games. lmao..

Deer in the headlights. Showed very little mobility the last two games. Just throws high and away off his back foot. Doesn't step into a throw like you are supposed too.

The question is, what do you think Philly will do next Monday? Yep, the same thing the Bucs and Packers did.

Throwing 54 times in a game is just a recipe for disaster......42 passes in the Bucs game.

Too one dimensional and no dedication to the running game despite Williams having almost 4 yards a rush. 12 total rushing attempts against the Bucs and 11 total against the Pack.
runs suck. I want to see some hero ball and stats,

Yea it confuses every qb. So you need a guy with the killer instinct and ability to overcome the confusion. Dak cant

Find it ironic that you all watch the game. The last two games they've been blitzing at a higher rate. The offensive line's not picking it up, but there are no hot routes. Nothing that's actual normal for the receivers to make sure they also are reading there's a blitz and that they have to cut off a route. Going hot. Do you understand what that means? They were even mentioning it on the broadcast that it looks like the actual offensive coordinator. Or whoever's in charge of making sure that when there is a blitz that the offensive line calls the blitz, that there's a hot route, that the quarterback and receivers are all on the same page. And they aren't. As a matter of fact, the receivers are really not getting open. They're falling down. They're creating interceptions. I'm talking about the ones last week and the one this week. I know the other ones on DAC after he got hit in the ribs because nobody's blocking. There is always one person coming completely free and you're blaming that on the quarterback. I really don't get this. I wasn't going to come on here today, but I had to see this and tell you if you're reading this, you don't know ball, you're a casual. If you don't realize that, it's the entire offense. That are not seemingly figuring out what they're supposed to do when there's a blitz called or somebody's not making the call. Usually that's the center or somebody on the offensive line calling out blitz. Yes, the quarterback's supposed to recognize it, but he has to have somewhere to go with the ball. That's short, shorter routes. And no, not behind the line of scrimmage, not right at the line of scrimmage. Some actual real routes like, I don't know, many really short. In route. Something turn around, a quick hit. You gotta go help your quarterback, and they're not doing it for two weeks straight now. And you're blaming the quarterback. He knows what a blitz looks like. He can't make the offensive line in the receivers and the running backs understand their assignments....
