Is it time for Jerry to do a WWMCD?

None of Cuban's antics ever seemed to help. Some players and coaches thought it made the refs more biased against them.

This. Mark Cubans antics likely caused the Mavs a championship in 06.

Cuban has done a lot of good for the NBA. Not the least of which is creating more transparency around referee evaluation.

I don't dispute that, but there were definitely years when the players and coaches believed that his antics did more harm than good to his own team.

As in What Would Mark Cuban Do...this Mara running the league crap has to stop.

It's funny that people think Cuban is a genius. He has made some of the dumbest decisions in sports.

He let Steve Nash go because he didn't want to pay him. Nash went on to Super Star type status. The Mavericks spent a lot of time and effort trying to find a point guard to replace him.

He let Tyron Chandler leave after winning the championship. The Mavericks then searched desperately for a quality big man until eventually getting Chandler back.

Jerry had a huge impact on the entire method of operation of the NFL, yet most people think he is a dummy.

Jones probably has more influence in the league office then Mara.

What franchise brings in more money ?

I would rather Jerry do a WWGP/RCBD

What would Greg Popovich and RC Buford do .......

Mark Cuban says some of the dumbest things I've ever read. Just like Jerry.

They must be friends.

The facts prove it. what Mara wants, Mara gets. that 10 Million cap hit musty have went over your head. wake up!

Facts and Opinions are two different things.

However it is a fact and my opinion that some on this forum do not know the difference.

On a side note...people forget that Jerry was the biggest "maverick" owner for a long time.

He fought the League tooth and nail and went outside the norm when it comes to

Complaining about Refs - Jones was fined $25,000 by the NFL for publicly criticizing referee Ed Hochuli after Hochuli made a controversial call in a game between the San Diego Chargers and the Denver Broncos on September 14, 2008. He made comments both to the press and on his radio show, saying Hochuli was one of the most criticized officials in the NFL. This was Jones' first fine by the NFL.[8] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jerry_Jones#cite_ref-8
