Ranking the best and worst NFL logos, from 1 to 32

Cowboys of course. Outside of Dallas logo as I kid I always like the Vikings Helmet

"Why is every NFL bird so mean looking? Cardinals are pretty. Cardinals are majestic. Cardinals don’t look like Woody Woodpecker after a tour in Vietnam."

Gotta admit, some of those comments were funny.

Jaguars: "Looks like the mascot for a team in the NCAA tournament play-in games."

LOL

I would personally rank them something like

Dallas
GB
Chicago
Pittsburgh
Oakland

Nothing beats a star it stands for everything good.

There are a handful of posters on this site who will love #32. Or maybe not. :)

This is one decision that cannot be reversed.

I like the Browns helmet. lol

Hard to come up with a good logo when you're named after a person. Pretty silly to name a team after a person and there's debate on who that person is. LOL Some say it's Paul Brown but others claim the team was named after the "Brown Bomber" Joe Louis. For Cleveland's sake I hope they are named after Joe Louis because it's pretty funny to be named after a coach who ended up getting fired and started up another franchise to coach. Maybe this why the Browns have had such poor luck over the years.

I thought is was named after a Brown Mutt sitting outside their field and dropped a big Brown one which led to the name. lol

I had always heard they were named after Paul Brown

C'mon, they didn't even try. They could have put a "C" on the helmet or spelled out Browns, something. Look at NFL logos alot don't have a mascot or symbol, they have the city name or letter. They were just lazy about it.

I remember someone on the board insisted that the Browns were named after Jim Brown. Apparently he failed to realize they were already named the Browns when Jim Brown arrived in Cleveland.
