Murray won't talk to the media Wednesday, and don't expect coach Chip Kelly to shed any clarity on the injury. For now, we'll just have to sit back and wait until the Eagles return to practice Thursday. If Murray can't play against the Jets, expect Ryan Mathews to handle early-down duties with Darren Sproles' role staying the same as a pass-game specialist out of the backfield.

If I were Murray, I wouldn't want to play against the Jets defense either. He isn't likely to improve his 0.5 yards per play and more than likely will lower it.
