It is time for Cassel. What is the worst that can happen, lose? We will with Weeden anyways next week.

Brandon played a decent game but that is the problem, that is his ceiling.

I'd actually rather the team start next week with the mindset that they're losing with 2 minutes to go. If Weeden is your backup, let him play. It's not like the playbook is going to magically open up if Cassel starts. Weeden isn't great - or even all that good - but that's not the biggest issue I have. The biggest issue I have is that they decided he was their best option as backup while also knowing full well that they wouldn't have any confidence in him to play the QB position. If he's that bad, find someone else. If he's not, then let him play. At this point I don't think they have many options but to just play without the training wheels.

This game was a very real and sobering example of how important preparation and coaching is.

You cannot sit here and tell me the Saints won because of personnel.

The saints did win because of personnel. Who won the game for New Orleans? Their franchise QB. Answer this. If we have Tony Romo tonight do we win? Yes we do. In blowout fashion

Weeden needs to go...

2nd week now where the defense played close to the line and straight up dared you to beat them with your arm...and you couldn't.

Anyone who wants to remove him from blame please answer this...what are you going to do moving forward that will force the defenses to respect our passing game enough to free up the run.

The book on Weeden is out. 0-10 in last 10 starts is not a coincidence. If he starts again then you are accepting that we won't be able to run the ball due to stacked boxes which means you have to trust him to carry you with his arm..

Go for who. This is what makes me laugh. He needs to go for who. You think anything better will get us to where he has gotten us.

Cassle needs to start the next game.. They got 0% chance with Weeden, at least Patriots won't have time to game plan for Cassle. Regardless I'll be happy as long as the Cowboys don't get embarrassed next week.

Yeah the Defense didn't step up when they needed to. But Romo could carry a team with a mediocre Defense and Weeden cannot. Romo would have scored more points sooner and no over time would be needed.

Well no ****, of course Romo would have scored more points. But Romo is out, so what is your alternative? Cassel?

I just wanna see what would happen if any other team lost their starting QB, best receiver, and their 6 best defensive players. It's unreal how much injuries have affected us.

Take away Aaron Rodgers, Jordy Nelson, Clay Matthews, Julius Peppers BJ Raji, Sam Shields, Clinton-Dix, and Mike Daniels from the Packers and see how many games they win.

Take away Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, Chandler Jones, Rob Ninkovich, Donte Hightower, Jerrod Mayo, Bradley Fletcher, and Devin McCourty from the Patriots.

Has anything like this ever happened in the history of football?

Keep stoking 'em up. Right after a loss like this is probably your best opportunity, Alexander.

I agree. If that were the case we wouldn't have led both games at the half. Both weeks the other teams kept figuring things out while our coaches were stagnant and clueless. No Romo to cover up this mess

take away the 45 yard scamper by Dunbar

27 carries - 70 yards

This team has gone back to not being able to run the football
Say what you want about the injuries and the defense, but there are none on the Oline which was supposedly the dominant unit of the team.

And they have for the most part sucked out loud this year.

letting the offensive player of the year walk in free agency over a couple million a year will be one of Jerry Jones' biggest regrets as owner. I'm afraid 2014 was the formula to win, and it's no longer here.

He doesn't even have 50 yards rush this year.

Not sure Jerry regrets that.

How can the refs get blamed when they gave us a TD on a very tight goal line stretch and then missed a face mask on us and an obvious pick play that kept a drive going? We got a ton of breaks too. Blame game planning in my book

The refs said he didn't score. Replayed showed that he did. Just sayin'. :0
