So JG's team gets beat by Colt McCoy and Matt Flynns of the world but his team can't beat a team with Rob Ryan lead defense with bunch of rookies and young players starting and a weak armed QB with a shoulder injury?

I guess JG's "system" only works if you have a top tier QB, WR and a RB having a career year.

You are really asking for backup QBs to perform some serious miracles. Cassel and Weeden are backups and that's all they are going to be at this point. You also are putting all the blame on Weeden. That's just not right at all. There is plenty of blame to go around. Don't put all of it on him.

im not putting it on weeden if anyone has read my posts, my problem is with the orgnaization. I didnt sign weeden, i dont blame weeden for being bad, thats not his fault, i blame the coaches or Jerry for hiring him. I dont blame them for leeting murray walk, i blame them for letting durant walk when our LB crew is not as good as we think. I blame them for letting Callahn walk, not for Pollack. See where im going.

Church , Wilcox and Carr are not hurt, i just dont know why they are still on tream. i dont blame them, i blame the orgization.

season was over when Romo got hurt. Just not a good enough team to overcome it. Sadly when Romo gets back the rest of the team will likely have lost all confidence and folded. If we're 2-7, just sit him the rest of the year.

Sadly, when Romo gets back, he may be playing with a bunch of players from the street, with the way injuries are going.

I wouldn't rush anyone back. Get high draft pics, get everyone healthy, and start over next year.

No, it might not be fair to Randle, but he would probably still do the same boneheaded junk regardless. The guy is going to have a major boneheaded play sooner or later that costs points or a game. He is not a smart person. The organization should have taken the opportunity of the underpants arrest to cut bait, but didn't, because they were afraid of how much Murray would cost.

Like I said...I'm not the biggest Randle fan. I think he's a #2 RB, nothing more, nothing less. But, when it comes to paying Murray what he got from Philly, it doesn't look like a bad move. He's got 47 yards rushing THIS YEAR.

Witten got away with a major pick play on the game tying drive which sparked the offense. I haven't seen a team yet who doesn't use pick plays, and you will see a ton of pick plays from NE next week.

No, Witten did not. He's entitled to run his route and run into the defender if he's running a route. Which is exactly what Witten did. Sneed ran to Gachkar and threw his shoulder into Gachkar. There was no intention of running a route by Sneed and it should have been called.

It should have been called no doubt, but Witten ran a pick play as well, he was just more subtle about it.
