Jerry should probably get some blame. IIRC, people who were season ticket holders for years were forced to either purchase the PSL or give up their season tickets. Due to pricing, many did give up their tickets. Result is a surplus of PSLs which were snapped up by people who knew they could sell their tickets on secondary markets.
