That coaching staff is amazing

Their coaching staff is amazing. Year after year they get all these no name players and make them play great. They are not afraid to get rid of their star players aka Vince Wilford and replace someone like him with someone nobody's heard of. Year after year of great defenses, we still waiting on a DEFENSE for the last 20 years.
