Call your shot. Eagles or Cowboys?

I feel Dallas will run the ball quite well vs. Philly, and if we don't allow Wentz to throw 20 passes to his RBs and TEs, we will win this game handily.

Yep Sproles is my biggest concern.

I don't think we'll go 15-1 or anything like that, but our offense (#1 in the NFL) is legit and multi-faceted. Hopefully gone forever are the days where Romo (or whoever) has to throw the ball 50+ times because we're down two TDs all the time. Our defense is really helping us out in that regard. 6 games in and nobody has scored more than 23 on us. Pretty sure our turnover margin is near top of the league, too. Got a pretty nice little machine going right now.

Yup, and our offense is winning TOP too which keeps our defense fresh. I don't think we will go 15-1 either. Not at all but we will have a solid year and make the playoffs. Right now we are the best team in the NFC. That could change but that is where we are right now.

He's a playmaker.

I would hope they are really concentrating on Special Teams and non-traditional explosive plays. Both big wins against Pittsburgh and Minnesota (even New England last year) were due to cheap scores.

This is our game to win, here's why. Philadelphia's offensive line is below average especially with their best tackle for the most part done for the year. They can't run the ball to take the pressure off of Wentz, they don't have any running backs that can hang onto the ball. They don't have any receivers that can get open or stretch the field. Wentz would have to go nuts and have a career day both running, and throwing, and he hasn't shown in his 6th NFL game he's capable of doing that with his supporting cast currently.

On defense they are missing their nickelback, and their best run stuffer that's always had big games against us, Benny Logan.

For us it's simple, run run run. We got the best offensive line in football and they'll dominate this game. Ezekiel will have a big game and when he wears them down that will open up the passing game for Dak to dink and dunk all day long.

Prediction

42-10 we win.

As Ton Landry would say during the pick segment of his TV show. I guess I will go with the Cowboys this week to win. lol

If we are able to get the run going, and I believe we will, we will win by at least 10. They have a fairly porous run defense, at least compared to GB, and look what happened there. Even if their offense is working VS our defense, if we can get up on them early, they will have a lot of problems trying to match, because we will keep their defense on the field.

I see 150 yards eaten by Zeke alone.

Cowboys 27 - Eagles 20

Wentz "goes off" for 212 yards on 56 of 71 passes with a TD on a tackle eligible play.

I think the Eagles D will give our young qb and line fits, and I have a feeling we will lose a close game.

24-20 Eagles

I would be more confident if Dallas played better at home, or if they had a legit home field advantage.

We have lost the last 2 games at home vs Philly and won the last 2 road games vs them.

If the defense plays well Dallas should win. I will guess 27-22 Cowboys

Because you know I have to:

Eagles 31
Cowboys 14

Cowboys come out flat after bye (seems to be an NFL trend). Turnovers do them in. Wentz has 4 TD passes. Eagles play well in Big D. Risen Star has a field day.

I don't know our record coming off byes, but this is a different team. Barring any turnovers, cowboys should win going away.
