I wonder how much Leary signing with Denver impacted Romo's decision.... or vice versa.

Denver needs to retool that OL and that's a great first step.

Personally I thought he would be better up the road in Houston, but Denver is a good fit too. IF he can stay healthy.

Releasing now versus trading has the same effect. Opens up about $5 million in cap space.

The only big difference would be if he gets the post-June 1st designation which opens alot more space, after that June 1st date.

IF you're a team why would you try and trade for him when he's about to be released? Unless its a team that doesn't stand a chance in getting him?

Don't get this either unless its a conditional mid round pick or something. If they get anything above a 3rd then it would be a miracle.
