What will it take to get rid of the Staff?

2-14 this year, maybe but I think Garrett has this year and next then we'll see

I honestly do not know. Jerry loves JG. Best shot would be an absolute terrible season (like 4-12).

This staff isn't going anywhere for a couple years.

shame cause we have some real good talent that is being wasted by these boneheaded coaches

Unfortunately Garrett is here to stay.
The rest will be here until their contracts are up. But longer if we stay .500 or above.

We are the 8-8 version of the Cleveland Browns.....

I keep telling myself....I am glad I sold my PSLs and season tickets....over and over....it isn't very good therapy, but I need to tell myself something....

You guys are giving him next season too?!! Man if we don't make the playoffs or finish below 500 and he is still here I am absolutely done with this team

Sadly, our offense will mask the coaching staff just enough to keep them around. I don’t even think it’s a blip on the radar right now.

You'd have to lose every game the rest of this year and the majority of the games next year and then I think Jerry would probably consider firing this entire staff.

As it is now they'll finish probably 7-9 or 8-8 and Rod will be fired as the 'problem' but the real problem won't be addressed.

And believe me Rod needs to be fired but he needs to be fired along with the entire rest of the staff.

We'd have to go something like 3-13 and the players giving up on Garrett for Garrett to be fired. Otherwise it will be missing the playoffs this year and in 2018.

Linehan probably has more rope because the offense is scoring points.

Marinelli has built in excuses of a young secondary.

We could go 5-11 and get killed on defense and if Garrett's job gets into question, he will pass the buck to Marinelli. Garrett is good at doing that stuff.

Well Romo was considered Jerry's son, still didn't get in the game.

Problem with JG is when he is awful and you think about firing him, then he comes back with a good season after that.

The roller coaster is a problem and confusing for him to be fired.

3-13 would keep Garrett at .500 basically.

He followed up 12-4 with 4-12.

Got the pass tho because he was without Romo the entire time basically.

There is always going to be some excuse built in to save him.

Until one day, finally, there won't be.

This year? Something ridiculous like 3-13. We'd have to nearly lose out to get JG fired this year.

Now Marinelli could be gone, but he's so highly regarded around the league that I doubt it. We won't get anyone better, at least not someone established. You can take a chance on an up and comer but you might end up worse off.

Seriously what is Red head even good at? Can anybody name one thing? This is a 100% serious question. No game plan. No playcalling. No time management. Not a good motivator. What gives?

Sucking?
