I'd still use Dez on punt returns. The notion that you can't use a starting WR is ridiculous. The Steelers still use Antonio Brown and he's one of the best WRs in the league.

Why? Because they want the ball in his hands.

Put Dez back there.

No reason not to try Dez on punt returns. If he gets hurt it's not that big of a loss anymore. Possibly even an improvement.
