And you might get some moneyHonestly, if I ran in Goddell's circles I would claim he sexually assaulted me so he would be suspended.

No, what she is basically saying is, "Football is for angry violent evil men. You are one of them. This anti-abuse thing the NFL PR dept is peddling is important, and your team still gets to play, so it's not like you're negatively impacted at all. Besides, your're an evil angry man like I pointed out before, so you'd deserve it anyway if you were."
The judge didn't say anything of the sort. She said "the proceedings...accorded with CBA and the PCP."
Sucks, but what can we do? The NFLPA sold their souls in exchange for a little more money and fewer practice days. This is the result.
Yea because victim blaming has always shown to be the best way forward.
Let’s not blame the people who commit acts of evil. Let’s blame the victims for allowing them to abuse the power and trust you gave them.
What a philosophy.
So I wonder how a ruling such as this will play into the players "Social Injustice" claim? Anyone who has taken the time to understand the facts of this case can clearly see Zeke got railroaded. I wouldn't be surprised to see the entire team rally around Zeke in some form or fashion. I don't agree with any protests involving the Anthem but I think something needs to be done.
Exactly and SI agrees with you. De Smith was just re-elected just like Goodell will be. They will complete the likely demise of the NFL over the next 5 years.

I guess you missed all her comments?
This is a scary statement to hear a judge make regardless of Zeke and this case. This has got to be the dumbest "reasoning" I've ever read. Since when does PR outweigh justice provided by the courts and a man's innocence?
My God, this whole thing is a travesty. A kangaroo court.
I'm reading the opinion. Anybody who thought she would rule otherwise was kidding themselves.
Them giving the league the power and trust to be fair doesn’t exclude them from being the victim when the league chooses to violate the nature of the rules and trust given in an effort to cover for their past PR blunders.Wait...what? The NFLPA is not a victim here. They didn't have to give the league virtually unfettered power to discipline the players. They foolishly chose to do so.
Everybody thought she would. Now they realize she is a bias nutjob without an ability to reason.
A Yankee woman during Domestic Violence Month......never had a chanceEverybody thought she would. Now they realize she is a bias nutjob without an ability to reason.
I can accept logical reasonable arguments, but when the judge is making a case like she is a damn NFL employee that's just wrong.

You can’t be serious.
