Dontari Poe and Jeff Janis

Dontari Poe would get my attention (and then some) for sure. Would Marinelli take to it? I'd be upset if he didn't but of course, we'd likely never hear about it if he did. There are some things that I'm pretty sure the FO wouldn't want us to know. Those kinda things are best left unsaid.

Kid is 6'3", 220 and ran a 4.42 40. Good hands, runs good routes and tough as nails.

What's not to like?
The guy has the best QB in football throwing him the ball and still stinks

That was my first thought as well . . . if they don't fit his standard of 6-3 and about 300 lbs., it's likely a no-go.

The fact that he's quick as all get-out for his size should certainly enter into the picture, though. Oh, well.

If I'm Dallas, I'm taking a long look at Vita Vea from Washington. The kid can stuff the run.

[Edit: Is a Junior this year but rumored to be coming out in next year's draft.]

Give me Justin Ellis, 1Tech, Oakland Raiders (6-2/335, age 26) and Kenny Vaccaro, safety, New Orleans Saints (6-0/214, age 26) in free agency, plus some help in the draft, and this defense will be ready to go.

Randy Gregory would be icing on the cake.

Poe? Let's see, a 350 pound DL whose best season was 3 years ago showing declining production ever since.

Sure, let's throw a boatload of cash at him.

I will wait for FA is getting closer, to see who actually is available.
well before that I guess it would be interesting to see the list after the season, and then speculate who may resign with their current teams, like Poe. Then go from there.
not that I means anything, as the team won't go get them anyway.
