The ball did hit Dez right in the hands and other elite WR's in the NFL can make those types of catches and adjust to catch the ball when the QB throws it near them. Dak gets all of the blame for yesterday by some on this board as if Dez didn't turn the game with a costly fumble after he demanded the ball.

If I fire it 100 mph at behind you you’re not gonna catch it. Frankly it was athletic to even get to that mess of a throw. I guess Beasley is the problem too. Leagues most effectively slot wr isn’t even a factor bc he’s too small for Dak to accurately throw to.

I can admit to Dak playing badly. I said that the bad pick six he throw was on him. Dak needs to work on his game and improve there is no doubts about that. I'm just not going to blame the whole game on Dak or say that the whole game is only on Dak or the struggles of the season is solely Dak's fault, Other players need to be called out when they play badly. And the coaches need to be called out.

Those blaming Dak are acting like one QB could solve all of our problems and have use Superbowl bound if Dak is the only one replaced, while the coaching Staff and the rest of the roster remains the same.

Lol Cam was trash with Benjamin too. Check the numbers with and without. Jimmy Graham doesn’t cry about targets in Seattle like Dez either. I always go to Cam and Russell regarding Dak. Give him one more year and see if he’s legit. The man just had his first taste of nfl adversity. I trust his work ethic. My man gonna be callin out protections and reading coverage like Romo soon

Elite WR's have made more difficult catches than that one. Criticize Dak all you want to, but don't let others players completely off of the hook for their bad play and struggles to say that Dak is the only problem on this team.

Can’t disagree with any of that. But one can’t help but wonder what a more accurate qb would do with this team. Zeke gets twice as many yards as most other rb’s on these plays. The defense knows what’s coming but he’s just so powerful. How many times have cameras caught a completely open wr begging for dak to step up and rip it

Dez has a bad game... his fumble didn’t result in a TD... first of all that was actually a pretty good play by Maxwell.. dude didn’t even bother to try and tackle and straight up went Bruce Lee on the ball.. second, it was at the fifty yard line... the defense on that drive got totally smoked by a play fake bootleg with RW running in a lot of daylight..

Dak’s INT when he had no pressure on him and Zeke was wide open on the other hand did result directly in a TD.

And his pass sucked.. couldn’t lead Dez on a crossing route, right behind him.

Romo's career was basically over given his injuries. And if Bryant is gone, he shares the blame.

“Behind him” only applies when running across the field. When you’ve settled into a spot vs zone, a pass like that is to your side, not behind you. Sometimes the QBs throw those away from defender...that wasn’t the case on this one, but it was still an easy catch, not a difficult one, and every nfl receiver should be expected to catch that pass. No body contortion or change of speed, just moving your hands.

Correct I was trying to be nice but yeah that was easily catchable a good receiver just continues to turn left and go up field
