He re-committed to NO, so he's not walking away outside of giving them something in return, so hypothetically would you be interested in trading for him? If so how much?

I just really can't see this. Can't see him leaving Michigan, can't see his approach not wearing thin on many nfl teams, and certainly not in Dallas.

An OC and DC are our only hopes of making any significant change.

McDaniels is a bright offensive mind but I don't think the dynamic in the front office changes if he replaces Garrett. Jerry merely has traded one weak head coach for another.

With this owner you need a head coach who commands respect. So he's got to have some skins on the wall. Which severely narrows the pool of candidates but that's the hand we are dealt here.
