This really is impressive. How TO wasn't a first ballot HOFer is a disgrace. Really shows how dumb the voting is for the HOF.
Haley was held back because he treated the press with contempt. And its the press that votes in the HOF. Which is total garbage; it should be done by former players and coaches. THEY know who the real stars are. TO should have been a first ballot HOF player but the voters penalized him because of his antics. Yet those same voters over looked LT's drug use which was MUCH worse then anything TO ever did.

That was a great combination, and because of Romo's adjustments when hooking up with different receivers he and Dez became a great combination. With TO Tony was just dropping it over his shoulder and with Dez it was all about climbing the ladder, but both receivers got the ball where they wanted it.

LOL!!?!

Bill Parcells quit us because Jerry brought in Owens against Bill’s wishes — AFTER promising BP full autonomy over the roster.

And then, just a couple of seasons later, Jerry dumped TO in order to make the team more “Romo friendly.”

Deja vu, anyone?

Btw...

Staubach-Pearson and Aikman-Irvin > Romo-Owens.

All day long, 24/7, 365, forever and ever.

Romo, TO and Glenn was an awesome combination. Its unfortunate it only held together for part of an NFL season. Then TG got injured and a year later TO lost it after Jerry traded for RW11. Fun times!
He wasn't the only who lost it after Jerry traded for RW11. I'm still waiting for an explanation of that trade. It prolly should've happened earlier(thebjoey galloway trade was just as bad) but when Jerry pulled the trigger on Roy Williams tear I officially lost all faith in Jerry as a gm.

Roy never put up a good season. He was putting up Patrick crayton numbers. Terence Williams rookie year was better than any year Roy Williams gave us.

T. O.’s physicality was always undervalued. He was like a fast Dez out there. He was also doing all of this damage from age 33-35 with us. Moss was washed up by 33.

And from the looks of it now, I think he can still play. I wouldn't be surprised if we see him in the XFL. He's playing in that flag football pro league with Vick and Chad Johnson. But you're right.

You know for a guy who was supposedly slow with no elite speed that guy sure did consistently get separation from defenders. He would be 5 yrds down field next to guys who could "fly"

After watching that video, it's hard for me to compute how THAT never went to a conference title game yet scrubs like the Jaguars and Nick Foles can.

It's not fair man.

Unless you're the Patriots with Belichick and Brady, it's simply about things coming together with a little bit of luck sprinkled in. Unfortunately, it just never quite came together with the right amount of luck.
