LoL I guess the ballast would be a 'live well' on one half &an ice filled beer cooler on the other
( depending on whether that less than water faring genius is left or right handed)
A frame work constructed over 6-8 20lb
BBQ tank cylinders would've been of a better design with room to mount a trolling motor/battery.

At least this one has an electric motor for propulsion and steering. Now he just needs a cooler attachment. Heck, he could attach a little sail to it and have fun.
