Actually, in a real game a FG is the smart play there.

But in a preseason game you might as well go for it.

Well, it is preseason. But even in a real game you need two scores and it's 4th down. Take the points and make it a one score game - you have 3 time outs left.

Go for 4th and 2, get stopped, and you're screwed.
