You meant Aikman’s team...right?Meanwhile, back at the ranch:
Aikman went 1-15, 7-9, 11-5 in his first three. Nobody was talking about him going to the HOF back then.
Thanks
Pretty amazing.
Btw, I looked that game up and Morton’s performance has to rank as one ofthe worst performaces in Cowboy QB history.
Morton had 0 TDs, 3 ints, was 8-26 passing and...get this...a 6.7 QB rating
Then again Joe Flacco once had a playoff game almostthat bad...and his team won.
A great example of why QB playoff wins is a really dumb artificial stat
Old news, Nav, but I think hes referring to that record breaking stretch of futilty last year10 straight quarters? When did this supposedly happen?
Thanks. Figured it was either complete BS or completely irrelevant. I was right.Old news, Nav, but I think hes referring to that record breaking stretch of futilty last year
If it was a stat that painted Dak in a positive light, you wouldve remembered10 straight quarters? When did this supposedly happen?
You meant Aikman’s team...right?
44 starters plus STs. The QB is one of them
he clearly said, since the last shut out in 2003..... but chill....Where is Aikman, Staubach, White, Morton, dandy Don?
he said since last shut out in 2003...which means Romo was never shut out.But the best QBs in franchise history WERE shutout? Meredith, Staubach, White, Aikman, Romo are not on that list
Hmmmm...
but but but he threw for 455 yards and 42 completions and 80% completion rate....I am gaga over dak.......Dak certainly deserves his share of the blame. He played poorly.
But Sunday's loss was a team effort. To focus just on Dak is not looking at the bigger picture. Everyone, including the coaches, had a hand in that loss.
smh...***? we were shut out....not our defense!!!! you logically make zero sense.Quarterbacks don't play defense. I can't logically understand what the point is.
not sure....let me check their stats in 2003....hmmm I tried...couldn't find dorsett!!!Were Tony Dorsett or Emmitt Smith shut out?
that happened in the first quarter and first half....and nothing since those two plays...I don't know why guys are blaming Dak for the shutout. Dropped TD pass and blocked FG. I'm usually one of the guys that is hard on Dak but come on. There were a lot of problems on Sunday that led to a shutout.
Quarterbacks don't play defense. I can't logically understand what the point is.
that block wasn't maher's fault by the way...they didn't block the defender and he cut through the gap.....Just think how much better a QB Dak would be if Olawale could catch or if Maher were a better fg kicker.
And had a dropped pass in the EZ.
that block wasn't maher's fault by the way...they didn't block the defender and he cut through the gap.....
That doesn't feed the agenda.Where is Aikman, Staubach, White, Morton, dandy Don?
I understand. It was a bad game. Nobody except Zeke played well.
Was being shutout really any tangibly worse than say.... losing 44-6 during a win and in game?
Is that token 6, meaningless points really any better?
The efforts you go through to try to make Dak look bad are astounding. A 3-game stretch in the middle of LAST season???If it was a stat that painted Dak in a positive light, you wouldve remembered
