2019 NFL Pro Bowl snubs: Vander Esch tops the list

Tyron is statically better against both the pass and run this year then he was last year. Last year he made pro bowl and NFL top 100....... (was his inferior 2016 and 2017 seasons prime examples as well or he's he actually just a really good football player ???)

Tyron already has more holds than he has had in any season. 6. He has done well with cutting down the false starts, though.

To be fair half of those came in a single game (3 holds for the other 11 combined games isn't bad). He's #2 in the NFL in sacks/pressures allowed for tackles (sacks are much worst than holding) so i'd rather take that trade off for a few holding calls to be honest

He's still top 5 against the pass and arguably top 5 against the run. He's having a better season this year than last (and yet people are shocked he made pro bowl now when he made it last year)

I don't think you get a pass for screwing up one game.

I'm too lazy to check on holds for the competition, but comparing it to his own standard over the years, it's much worse.

He had 5 holding last year for 13 games played and he made the pro bowl...... (he's at 6 holding calls for 12 games but has 2 less false starts).

He basically has the same amount of penalties as his last year pro bowl season but is playing better protection wise....... (not surprising he made pro bowl this year). Sacks are much worst than holding and he's currently #2 in the entire NFL at preventing them.

I wouldn't put too much stock in the pro bowl. It's more of a popular contest. Players are voted into the Pro Bowl by the coaches, the players themselves, and the fans. guess you guys should have voted. lol

Is the pro bowl a 3-4 D? I haven’t watched in years so that’s why I’m asking. If not I think LVE deserves an OLB spot.

Leonard was by far the biggest snub. That’s horrible shows this is just a fan popularity contest and a big joke. I know it’s hard but I doubt 90% of fans who voted saw every team play at least part of a game. I would bet outside of fantasy 50% don’t pay attention to anything other than their team. Just reading post on here I know a large group only watch Cowboys games. If fans aren’t watching other teams how are they supposed to pick the all start team. I want to see an all pro team selected by scouts and GMs.

Leonard was the biggest snub. Surprised his peers and coaches didn't get him in.

Lol

I totally forgot LVE is an OLB because we play so much nickle.

Seriously..how in the hell does Barr get chosen over him?

49 tackles and 3 sacks? He must have dirty pictures of someone haha

Leonard and McCaffery are clearly the biggest snubs. Wish LVE would've made it. But Luke and Wagner..eh. Can't argue much.
McCaffrey seems like a snub until you remember Barkley, Zeke, and Gurley are all in the NFC.

Both Kamara and McCaff didnt make it.

RB is by far the most loaded position in the NFL

Glad for the snubs, reminds me of the 92 team. 1st ranked D and no pro-bowlers. Put a large chip on their shoulders, the played great!

Can't really get upset about this when the two guys who made it over him are Wagner and Kuechly. It's not like they put some schlub on the roster over him.

And LOL at Dak being snubbed.

LBs in the 43 get squeezed..... only 2 spots

For years Lance Briggs played at a HOF level as a 4-3 OLB in Chicago and he was hardly talked about it. It's one of the positions that, for whatever reason, gets much attention.

JuJu Smitch Schuster is the biggest snub.

Has better stats than his teammate (Brown) but didnt make it while Brown did
