You have to feel bad for receivers on this team. They don't get many targets, and the balls that do come their way are almost never on target. I just don't see how they do anything in the playoffs with Dak and this play calling

Anyone think they might be dumbing down the play calling on purpose? Why show anything Seattle could use against us in a meaningless game?

There’s no question about it.

No freaking way this team wins with this absolutely garbage offense.
Pitt..you are like a nostradamus of football. We are lucky to have you here.

So the announcers show no one open on two straight plays and praise Dak for not turning it over, but our genius fans immediately blast the QB...such a tired record.

Side note...if you are expecting Linehan to bring out the creativity today in a final meaningless game, you’ll have to wait for a final end of game drive. It will be kept very vanilla today.

Thats how its been all year. Its as if they think NFL offenses are just pitch and catch all day. No one was open, throw away was fine.....all qbs take sacks......at least he didnt turn the ball over.

The Cowboys’ drive stalls at the New York Giants’ 20 with Dak Prescott getting sacked on second down and forced to throw it away on third down as the red-zone woes continue. Making matters worse, Brett Maher sliced a 34-yard field goal try to the right, so the Cowboys don’t get any points. Maher is now 6-of-8 from 30-39 yards on the season.

Yeah, this offense is a joke.

No rub routes, no routes at different levels, no motion, no ingenuity, nothing.

Linehan stuck in the 20th Century.

You ever consider that maybe the QB can't run a complex modern offense?

To help Dak even more, I might have Austin come out of the backfield and toss some easy check downs to him like Brady does with White...Zeke is good at that, but Austin runs the quicker and better routes obviously.
Agree , they could copy a lot of what g.bay does with cobb
