You mean drop him after his rookie deal? I mean, I get the use him up attitude but using him up may be more like eight years versus five. So an extension now might not be a bad idea.

Emmitt did the exact same thing as what we are seeing here and he held out.I don't think Zeke will hold out and I think Jerry will give him a deal. He has at least 4 years left in him at great production. Spend your draft capital somewhere else.

He's 23 years old. Yeah, we clearly need to "use him up" now before he breaks down.

Let's enjoy watching this special player play at least half of his prime in another uniform cause we are scared and stuff.

Extend him at least 3 years after next year.

Oh yeah and look for a descent RB. If he holds out then he can watch a descent RB rack up the yards behind what will be a healthy and great O-Line next year.

The shelf life on his career is limited given his heavy workload and hard running style.
