Not coddling or excusing anything. I'd personally love to see Dak go 30 for 30 with 350 yards every game, but that's not reality. There are those on here that simply do not have realistic expectations for whatever reason.
Most people aren't asking for that level of play. To be honest you can probably find 1% if that of posters that hard on Dak. When you go to exaggerating you can claim you're not coddling or excusing whatever you want but that's what you're doing. Most just want him to make the plays that are supposed to be routine for the avg nfl starter that he misses too often. I don't care about the fringe people on either side because they won't make me switch my pov on Dak. You shouldn't use that as an excuse for your pov either because I haven't saw you use the super pro Dak fans as an excuse for examples of not being realistic the other way.

TL:DR Don't tell me what the vocal minority is doing as some excuse esp when you don't mention the other side which is just as ridiculous.

Rams defense forced 2 FGs, when the Saints were in the redzone and that's huge.

The problem with the Rams defense is guys like Marcus Peters. Their secondary is suspect at times and give up bone-headed plays. Last game, Rams clamped down the Saints in the second half, but Marcus Peters was basically talking and wasn’t coveting his man who got wide open on a TD that ended the game and saved the Saints.

Rams coming back the same way they did against us. This game has the same markings so far. Saints get up early.. Rams equalize.

McVay’s gimmicky offense only succeeded because of his OL ripping the Cowboys defensive line apart. They’re not dominating today like they did last week. They could’ve run base I-form and still won against Dallas. Goff has never impressed me.

That gimmicky offense has gone to the playoffs twice and have made it to the NFCC this year.

Gimmicky is what Chip Kelly tried to run. McVay's offense isn't gimmicky.

Yes you’re getting similar production for a lot less money. For some reason Cowboy fans don’t understand the business side of things. We don’t have the smartest fans.

What has that got us, Dak is watching this game the same way we are?

People still sleep on Wade Phillips after all these years. The Rams have a chance against the Saints because of him.

What’s the constant? A good OL. Ask the cowboys....
