Sean McVay is certainly an innovative football mind and made Jeff Fisher look clueless as a HC, but Jeff Fisher and the Rams GM sure had a lot of top talent on that roster for McVay to work with. Did McVay catch lightening in a bottle, or is he a true coaching genius? He has consistently improved the Rams as a contender, reaching the SB in a record span of time for a new coach. It will be interesting to see how 2019 shakes out for them after appearing in the SB and having a number of big FA decisions to make.

On the one hand it’s impressive how quickly he brings up the memory, on the other they’re giving him dramatic moments from each game, of course you’ll remember those.

Interceptions? 80 yard passes? TDs? Cmon. Ask him who ran the fifth of 13 rushes they had in the 4th quarter against the Steelers in the third preseason game of 2016 and how many yards it went for.

McVay laid an egg last night and to his credit he admitted as much. Wade Phillips was the best coach on the LA sideline for the SB.
