Peppers played a high level in Carolina the past two seasons and I think Ware is the far better pass rusher. It can be done.
Of course..

this would be another major coup for us if it happens.

Not to mention wise use of our cap like this.

I am going back to sleep becuz I think I am dreaming all this today..

first Witten..

then Ware.?

Next Garrett will announce he is unretiring to be our backup QB.

Oh my.

If Romo could survive, yes we would. But he wouldn't.

QB is why this thing isn't going anywhere next year either.

I agree almost completely. But Romo is good at getting rid of the ball when need be. His injuries are self inflicted. He tries to do too much stupid crap in the pocket. I believe his last two injuries were a direct result of his actions, not freak injuries.

You still have to be able to handle 10-15 real tough hits a season, no matter who you are.

His body can't do that anymore, I'm afraid. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think so.

Does anyone know what Jeremiah Ratliff is up to these days?

Could he comeback in a Julius Peppers role because he always contributed and at critical times. I don't know if he's kidding or serious but if he's in shape, he could still be a significant role player and limiting his snaps could extend his playing time.

I think he's kidding and just messing with people.

Well, we'd have Dak as backup just in case. I don't know if we'd win it all. But I think we'd be in the mix.

That's the way I took it at first but ya never know. He might be flying the flag to see if anyone salutes.

Even so, when did he last play? It will have been almost two years for Witten by the time the season rolls around, how long for Ware?
