Protest all you want. Discrimination on the basis of age is by definition, ageism and is bigoted. It should never be tolerated and if you don't understand that then you are part of the problem. Lee and Witten are obviously productive on this team so the suggestion for them to be cut from the team on the basis on their age is extremely offensive to me.
