Thanks, I see he is with the Rams.... Henderson I mean.
He was picked in the 3rd round... interesting how closely they were picked.
Also... yeah i saw his weight. I was thinking the guy might get folded like a lawn chair... But, you can see he has some skills. Makes me wonder how smart their coach was there lol.
(in bold ^^^) Memphis University must be thinking the same thing right now about their head coach. Ouch. lol
The starter Darrell Henderson was a terrific player. I thought he was as good as in RB in this draft. I think he went in the 3rd because he is not big (5-8, 208) which seems silly because he has the Emmitt type build.
Pollard played way more snaps than a typical "backup" RB. He played all over from Wildcat QB, RB, 2nd RB on the field, WR, lead blocker and dynamic kick returner.
Memphis also had a power RB that is expected to be drafted next year in the 2nd to 4th range.
Memphis played UCF (Trysten Hill's team) twice in 2018.
I really liked the Memphis offensive scheme. They reminded me of some things the Rams did against the Cowboys. They made the offense "friendly" for their QB.
On the downside they didn't do much when Trysten Hill was on the field for UCF in the AAC championship game. They had 1 field goal and a TD after UCF's offense fumbled putting Memphis down near the redzone to start that series. They did score 31 on drives when Hill was on the bench.
