Blink and Josh Norman, Jack-Rabbit Jenkins--formerly elite NFC East CB's have gone from elite to... liability. That's what 31-year old cornerbacks look like in this NFL.

I've encouraged fellow fans to respect the Commanders...but this guy...I can't. Now, too hollow to fill out his uniform. Cowboy receivers can feed on his side.

What's funny is that he still fashions himself a team leader and spokesman.

Sounds like he'd had a few before this interview:

Josh was lit up...after getting lit up.

We can do a ton of stuff, and so far, KM is giving us that feeling. Lets forget what players become and see what they do when they meet us. im not to worried about what people are writing or saying action on the field is the real story. The Skins will be looking to rebound after being made to look foolish, that doesnt necessarily mean they will be ready for us. This still seems like the Cowboys game to lose. Way to much talent for us to not overcome this team right now. Let them play the excuse card while we roll over whos in front of us for a while.

It will be a competitive game. I just don't think Norman has the wheels or the game to stay with Gallup/Cooper.

i agree, bt if this is a game of mis match, than Dallas really doesnt have to target his side unless they are comfortable with the play. Its going to be a better game, but Dallas still has to play their game, not play to the Skins.

This is going to be a low scoring, grind it out, NFC East game. We will win by a FG.

There will be no fireworks.

Are you sure, Wentz hung 313 yards and 3 Td's on these Bozos. Since Dak is much better than Wentz one would think we win and Dak goes for at least 350 and 4 passing Td's

mentality will play a huge role as well. I think the Skins came out thinking "lets see if the Eagles have it" and than they realize "Oh crap we arent as good" to which when they play Dallas they might see the Giant game and say "ok scratch trying to force Dak to throw it, KM might be legit" So its going to depend on how the Skins see the game. Before with romo and Linehan it was, "its predictable so we can do this" now it might be "guys, whos good on our team and what do we do with them?"

the Skins are always an X factor because no one knows what they want to do.

I personally dont think they have either the coaching or talent to deal with Dallas if Dallas chooses to win the game. It might really come down to "Does the COwboys play down to the Skins, or do they play to their new game"

If Dak reverts and mis-fires...or we have turnovers...could be low-scoring. Otherwise I don't think so.

DBs with slow forty times fall off faster than the ones that had speed to spare. Guys like T.Newman and Charles Woodson were such uber athletes that they were still more athletic than some much younger players even into their thirties.

Best corner on their team is 7th round rookie Jimmy F. Moreland from FCS school JMU

Agree completely. One of the things I found in the Giants game I would really like to see them make a habit of is dictating the game to the other team. In the past it's always seemed like it was the other way around

It will be a competitive game. I just don't think Norman has the wheels or the game to stay with Gallup/Cooper.

First, their entire secondary is banged up. Norman is the least of their worries. “Starting cornerback Quinton Dunbar (knee) did not practice, while starting safety Montae Nicholson (foot) and slot cornerback Fabian Moreau (ankle) were limited in the session.”

https://beta.washingtonpost.com/spo...d-sundays-game-versus-cowboys/?outputType=amp

The Cowboys have Cooper, Gallup, and Cobb - who is going to cover them? All three have speed, but what makes them unique is that all three are superior route runners.

And teams have to commit those safeties to the line otherwise Zeke runs all over them.

The key of course is the offensive line, which made it seem like Dak could have taken a nap after the snap he had so much time last week.

This offense is insanely good. And unlike the Giants, who have Barkley, the Skins have no weapons on offense at all. And don’t give me Peterson, it’s not 2008 anymore.

I just don’t see how the Commanders are even in the game by the end of the second quarter- but it’s Cowboys-Commanders so I guess anything could happen.

I know people are writing off AP, but he's gonna have a chip on his shoulder after being inactive last week. We'll see what he has left in the tank. Their rookie WR McLaurin is a burner who put up big numbers against philly last week. IMO he's their only real threat on offense, so look for Keenum take some deep shots with him. If our offense looks anything like it did last week, this should be a win. For some reason I'm still nervous about this game though. We need this W. If the Cowboys are gonna win the division, I feel they need to start 3-0. The schedule gets tough after MIA.

Yep as a better QB with better tools around him no excuses Dak at least 400 yards and 5 Td's in this one...
NO EXCUSES Dak is leaps and bounds better than Wentz!;)
