Then tell us what the current problems are?

Oh I don’t know. Maybe start with the fact that they’ve gone from Kirk Cousins to Alex Smith to Case Keenum under center. That’s a who’s who of meh (at best) at the most important position on the field.

It's both, lower-tier talent (missing in the draft) and average coaches.......and bad luck (i.e. RGIII and Alex Smith injuries).
Said this yesterday...I thought on Thanksgiving in 2012 that RG3 was going to dominate Dallas the next decade. Really bad luck there.

You do realize that it’s the coaches that tell the scouting department the kinds of players they want drafted?

The Browns say, “Hold my beer.”

They had Belichick as head coach and Saban and Ferentz as assistants in 1994.

Dan Snyder's big issue came from the multiple ancient Indian burial sites he discovered over a 20 year span in which he had dugout and dumped near the Texas gulf coastal regions.

Your argument goes too far, basically laying the root of all organizational dysfunction on coaches. To see that it goes too far, consider that these wonder boys were all with the 'Skins from 2010-2013. Which QBs, exactly, did they direct the scouting department to draft so that the team wouldn't be the big pile of mediocrity that it is today?

Did you catch his posture up there next to Alex Smith? LMAO, what a doofus, he looked like he was slumped down so the fans couldn't see him in his box. And Alex Smith looked like "yeah, whatever Danny". That's a long way off from riding his personnel guy Vinny "Saturday Night Fever" Cerrato piggyback down the elevator after beating the Cowboys.

I know some here are still not fans of the rivalry but Snyder grew up with it, there's no team he'd rather beat than the Cowboys and to get spanked at home had to hurt. tehehe.

Their current problems aren’t really coaching related. But whatever.
I beg to differ. Their current coach is not a leader. Players do not believe in him. It was questioned by players off the record why he had AP not only not starting in week one but not even dressed. If he ever had the locker room he certainly lost it after that mistake.
