We've seen this movie during the Garrett era

I'm giving Kellen Moore a pass this week. However, how many times have we seen the movie of this team going on the road, in a hostile environment, vs a good team and see this offensive gameplan go ultra-conservative. Sure we have some injuries at receiver but where was the playaction and the RPOs? I'm tired.
